Elevate your knit skills by sewing the cozy-chic Plateau Joggers by Closet Core. These semi-fitted loungewear pants pack a tremendous amount of techniques and skills into the construction methods. Sew them up as pants or shorts in jersey, French Terry, or Ponte and your choice of a fabric cuff or gathered elastic hem. The unique design of the wrap-around pockets is a great learning opportunity for constructing with knit fabric. Students have the option of making this garment on a sewing machine or serger, according to their experience.

Closet Core Plateau Jogger pattern is not included. This pattern is available for purchase through our online shop here. Each student must purchase a copy of the pattern prior to class. 

Prerequisite: This is an intermediate sewing class. Students must have previously completed a sewn garment and have some experience sewing knit fabric. To use a serger for this class students must have completed our Serger Essentials class or have equivalent experience.

Please note: As we all sew at an individual pace, projects are not always completed during class hours. Class participants have complimentary access to our Parkdale Studio space during Sew By The Hour times until their workshop project is completed.

This class is four 3-hour sessions that meets each Monday, July 8, 15, 22 & 29.
